In order to enhance and extend the services of Rossford Dental Lab we have been working closely with Castledale Ceramics for more than ten years.

Established in 1991 and run by Keith Dale and Lester Hardcastle, they remain a dental laboratory with an emphasis on producing high quality and current dentistry products.

Their laboratory is steered more towards dental implant and cosmetic dentistry and also offers a wide range of private products whilst maintaining a busy and successful NHS service.

Castledale Ceramics are highly experienced in the dental implant industry having Straumann Platinum Status. They use the Straumann CAD CAM Scanner, which enables them to mill all types of materials, including alloys, zirconia and hybrids.

Platinum approved technicians understand all aspects of dental implants and restoration allowing for the replacement of one tooth, to a whole mouthful.

As Straumann Platinum Status dental implant technicians they have been producing implant crowns and bridges for over a decade and have vast experience in this field. The new Straumann scanner allows for unlimited designs that fit every time and boasts a wide range of material options.

They also have vast experience with the Nobel Biocare, 3i Biomet and Ankylos Systems amongst others.

Castledale Ceramics eMAX is easily the most widely used and, in our opinion, the best all ceramics crown system. The material is strong and we can achieve excellent cosmetic and aesthetic results with a superior fit. We provide both pressed and CAD CAM.

At Castledale Ceramics we have been scanning CAD CAM units for over ten years, originally with the Procera System and recently with the Straumann Scanner.

We design and scan implant abutments, including screw retained units.

We design and scan Zirconia single units and bridge units.

We design and scan for Emax and Empress veneers.
